Peter has over 30 years of experience of applying occupational psychology in a business context. He is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, an Associate Fellow of The British Psychological Society, and a Certified Organisation Design Professional who has worked with, and held senior OD & HR Director positions in leading organisations in UK, Europe and The USA.

Having completed over 100 major change projects, Peter brings a unique blend of knowledge and experience to the design, planning and deployment of organisation redesign and business transformation strategies, which deliver measurable and sustained improvements to business performance. His expertise is in the development of innovative strategies that change organisational capabilities and behaviours. He has brought this to bear in organisations facing significant strategic challenges including; major M&A activity, large-scale IT implementations, liberalisation of their market place, product and service substitution, and significant cost challenges

Peter is a trustee of the Organisation Design Institute, a member of the Organisation Design Community‘s review committee, and a Panel member of the UK health care professions council (hcpc).

Peter’s current area of academic research addresses the design of Management Operating Systems and their evolution since Elliott Jaques first proposed his Stratified Systems Theory through to the present day. Peter has used lessons learnt from an analysis of the past to develop future Management Operating System frameworks which embed Machine Learning and AI into decision making mechanisms.
